The Committee on Technology and Infrastructure moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 8, line 40, by striking everything after the word “commissioner:” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“Provided, That any petition, motion, notice, decision, and/or order related to the discontinuance, vacating, or closing of any road or highway or part thereof shall be posted by the commissioner on the division’s website available for review by the public and be published as a Class I legal notice pursuant to §59-3-2 of this code. The division shall make virtual participation available to any person interested in participating in or attending any hearing related to such discontinuance, vacating, or closing;”
